I believe that fitness is not just a physical activity, but a journey that leads to self-discovery and realization. I truly believe that physical strength, dedicated wellness carries over into every level of our lives- building the life we want. As a certified exercise physiologist and personal trainer for over 10 years, I understand firsthand the struggles of weight loss and achieving optimal health. I lost over 90 pounds myself and now use my experience to motivate and inspire my clients to reach their fitness goals. I'm particularly passionate about creating wellness for vocalists, musicians, and entrepreneurs. Together, we will embark on a journey to make you stronger, healthier, more powerful, and more confident. Coaching is available anywhere you have a Wifi connection.
