The equipment needed for your training will vary based on your goals and where you exercise. Whether you prefer working out in a commercial gym or the comfort of your own home, we can provide recommendations for the equipment that will help you get the most out of your workouts. Our goal is to make fitness accessible to everyone, regardless of their fitness level or experience.

As a certified exercise physiologist with over a decade of experience, I know what it takes to achieve your fitness goals.
